Under Endless Starlight

In the Realms of Faery, all is not well. Under the endless starlight, inky blackness flickers at the edge of sight, tattering the soft, always-twilight with a bone-cold chill. Fell beasts roam the lands, seeking whom they may devour and, some say, stealing souls of the unwary. Strangers, haloed in an unnatural brillance, bring visions and turmoil in their wake, as well as their own brand of destruction.

Good Queen Ella, High Sovereign, now reigns alone in Castle Adamant. Her husband, the King, is dead, killed by the ravening wolves which haunt the Forest Realm, the center of all that is Faery. He is being laid to his final rest in a few days time, and you have been summoned from the fastness of your own realms to bear witness to His Majesty's return to the Starlight -- his return to the source.

You are summoned to bear witness, and to give council and support to the Queen in whatever manner she requires. For the good of the Realms, for the good of all of Faery, you have been called.
